氧化還原電位ORP在污水處理中的用途

如ORP值低,表明廢水處理系統(tǒng)中還原性物質(zhì)或有機(jī)污染物含量高,溶解氧濃度低,還原環(huán)境占優(yōu)。

如ORP值高,表明廢水中有機(jī)污染物濃度低,溶解氧或氧化性物質(zhì)濃度高,氧化環(huán)境占優(yōu)。
通過監(jiān)測和管理污水的ORP,管理人員可人為地控制生物反應(yīng)發(fā)生。通過改變工藝運(yùn)行的環(huán)境條件,如:

加大曝氣量增加溶解氧濃度

投加氧化性物質(zhì)等措施提高氧化還原電位

減小曝氣量降低溶解氧濃度

投加碳源和還原性物質(zhì)降低氧化還原電位,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)促進(jìn)或阻止該反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行。

一是在厭氧環(huán)境下磷的釋放階段,發(fā)酵菌在ORP在-100~-225mV的條件下產(chǎn)生脂肪酸,脂肪酸通過聚磷菌吸收,同時(shí)釋放磷進(jìn)入水體中。

二是在好氧池內(nèi)聚磷菌開始降解上階段吸收的脂肪酸同時(shí)從ATP轉(zhuǎn)化成ADP獲得能量,這種能量的儲(chǔ)存需要從水中吸附過量的磷,吸附磷的反應(yīng)要求好氧池內(nèi)的ORP為+25~+250mV 之間,才能發(fā)生生物除磷的存儲(chǔ)。
