污水處理中有污泥的5種原因及對策
1、沖擊負荷的存在

SV:沉降緩慢 上清液彌漫性渾濁。 -
DO:同等曝氣DO明顯偏低 大約低30% -
污泥增長:污泥增長迅速 每天約20%增長量。 -
F/M:F/M超過了0.5

SV30:沉降速度加快(3min內(nèi)完成90%的過程);活性污泥壓縮性增加(SV30低于8%);沉降顏色過深(呈深棕色)。 -
DO: 曝氣減小 DO仍偏高 -
污泥增長:較之前減少
3、活性污泥中毒

SV:上清液渾濁, 污泥顏色暗淡 ,上清液始終處于渾濁狀態(tài)與沉降時間沒有關(guān)系。 -
DO:同等曝氣力度DO比平時高。 -
污泥增長:新增的污泥不可見 ,MLSS呈下降趨勢?;钚晕勰酀舛认陆灯陂g正式活性污泥解體持續(xù)期 ,排水夾帶顆粒最為明顯, 消除有毒的或惰性物質(zhì)后通常一周能恢復正常。但是恢復期間因污泥增長活性強排水仍夾帶顆粒物質(zhì)。
4、沉降過程中出現(xiàn)反硝化現(xiàn)象

SV:活性污泥先沉降后上浮上浮活性污泥經(jīng)攪拌又會下沉。 -
DO: 缺氧狀態(tài)
5、曝氣過度

SV: 整個沉降過程中,上清液內(nèi)的細小顆粒較多, 既有下沉的也有緩慢上浮的且顆粒間水體呈蒙朧的感覺。 -
DO:長期高曝氣 (低負荷)
